PRICES

Shipping

The postage of the orders requested by urgent transport, or by another agency different from that of THE COMPANY. has contracted, they will be paid by the consignee. For international markets and outside the peninsula of Spain, shipping to be agreed, free shipping is not allowed in any of the promotions indicated on the web

 PAYMENT METHODS: 

Wire transfer:  * The order will be sent when the bank deposit has been confirmed. * When making the transfer or deposit, do not forget to indicate the same name that you specified in the order form, so we can easily identify the origin of the amount. * We remind you that many banks and savings banks allow bank transfers using the Internet (ask at your branch).  Cash on delivery:  Payment of the order amount will be made to the agency that delivers the package upon receipt of the shipment.  Cash on delivery has an additional cost of approximately 4% of the order amount.  The transport agency will charge a minimum of € 3, in orders less than € 100, for using this method of payment. PACKAGING

Orders will be served with packaging, provided that the order conforms to the packaging indicated in the rate. Otherwise, the corresponding packaging and handling will be charged.  EXPEDITIONS The merchandise travels, always, at the buyer's risk and expense, even in the case of special agreements.   

CLAIMS Material claims will not be accepted after 5 days of receipt of the merchandise by the buyer. Under no circumstances do we take charge of returns of material that does not appear in the catalog, whatever its state.  RETURNS No refund will be accepted, after 15 days from its dispatch, that has not been previously consulted and authorized by THE COMPANY's sales department. Thus and in any case, they will only be accepted if they are sent to PAID POSTAGE.  Refund of the amount in orders with "Pre-order / Reservations" products, if the client on behalf of another person and without a sufficiently justifiable reason to request the cancellation of an order of this nature (reservation), Hobbyescala reserves the right of acceptance or no, of said cancellation / refund of the amount, always having in any case a surcharge of 5% of the total order that will be deducted from the customer.

Returns due to product defects. Returns will be allowed on products that arrive defective as a result of significant breakages by the transport company, and must provide photos of the state in which the package has arrived.  Returns will not be allowed for defects that products may contain due to a manufacturer or manufacturer defect.
